Dual Manufacturing specializes in sieves and sieve products.  You may be wondering why you require sieve brushes and other brushes to maintain your equipment, but if you want continued, properly functioning laboratory equipment, you need to keep them clean and free of dust particles.

Excess sample material can be missed by the naked eye, but will surely affect the outcome of your testing results if residue of dust or sample materials are mistakenly left behind.

There are many brush options, and we will assist you in ensuring that your purchases all coincide with each other. The bristle density and the dimension of the brushes are highly important to know; any of the sieves that you use need to be cleaned with the brush that is manufactured specifically for that piece of equipment.

Bristle components range from wire to brass wire to horsehair to Palmyra barbs, so as you can see, there are coarse to finer densities to choose from. The dimensions of brushes also range to suit the requirements for sieves and other lab equipment, from 5.5” all the way up to 13.5”.

With the ranging bristle densities and the dimensions of the brush sizes, there are alternate names for the different types of brushes. For sieve brushes, you have access to coarse mesh, fine mesh and oval shaped. We also provide other essential brushes such as the table brush, wire scratch brush, mold cleaning brush and a general cleaning brush.
