For determining the specific gravity of fine aggregates. Top is spun brass with 3/8"(10mm) hole in one end; threaded end fits 1 or 2 qt. (1 or 2 L) glass jar. Order jars separately. Meets AASHTO T15: FSN 6640-371-9699.

CONICAL MOLDS AND TAMPERS

Used for determination of bulk and apparent specific gravity and absorption of fine aggregates. Brass mold is 40mm ID at top, 90mm ID at bottom, 75mm high. Steel tamper weighs 12oz (340g) and has 1" dia. (25mm) flat circular tamping face. Meets ASTM C128; AASHTO T84.

LIQUID LIMIT TEST SET

Apparatus recommended to perform liquid limit test in accordance with specifications. Meets ASTM D4318, AASHTO T89. Set includes:

• ASTM liquid limit machine
• Mixing dish
• Spatula
• Graduated cylinder (25ml)
• Sample cans 2.5 oz (48 in set)
