Custom Sieves and Meshes

Since 1942, Dual Manufacturing Co., Inc. has been the leading innovator in the field of industrial sieves. A family-owned company, we are able to provide you a competitive, high performance, and long-lasting sieve solution. We approach your project needs with an uncompromising, quality-first attitude, using only the highest grades of mesh materials.

We specialize in round sieves intended for use in brewery, coffee, petroleum, medical, aerospace, and testing applications. Mesh materials we work with include brass, stainless steel, nickel, synthetics, and perforated plate, with brass, aluminum, and stainless steel for other components. Mesh openings may be anywhere from 2 microns to 4.5," with wall thicknesses ranging from .035 to .040". The complete mesh unit may be 2.5" to 12" in diameter, and up to 8" deep. We hold tolerances at ± 4% off center of mesh.

A comprehensive set of testing procedures guarantees the quality you can expect with your custom sieve. Within a lab environment, we use extensive dimension-checking procedures to verify manufacturing accuracy and material quality. Certificates of analysis are optionally included with every sieve and mesh we manufacture.

Our production facilities can handle orders of single units, small volumes, or larger volumes, up to 1000 units.
